The University of Wisconsin meets Kent State on the football field for the first time ever Saturday at Camp Randall Stadium. The ninth-ranked Badgers improved to 4-0 with a 24-15 home win over Northwestern last weekend. The defense had five sacks, an interception for a touchdown, and fumble recovery T-D against the Wildcats. The two-and-two Golden Flashes rolled over Bowling Green 62-20 in their last game. Second-year Kent State head coach Sean Lewis is a former U-W tight end.
