A 53-year-old Appleton woman has been charged with her 5th OWI offense. Tina M Berton from Appleton was arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Fond du Lac Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence. A Wisconsin State Trooper observed a 2013 Ford Edge drive past him with the horn honking and the hazard lights blinking. Upon conducting a traffic stop, the driver indicated her Ignition Interlock Device was indicating a violation. Field Sobriety Tests were conducted and the subject was arrested for Operating Under the Influence 5th offense.
