A plea date hearing for a 26-year-old Manitowoc woman charged in the death of her Stepfather two years ago has been rescheduled for November 13th. Felicia Kuehnl was to appear this morning as she is charged with first-degree intentional homicide in the shooting death of Randy Loze. She is also charged with recklessly endangering safety and fleeing an officer. No official reason was given. Authorities found Loze dead with a gunshot wound to the head at a Manitowoc south side residence April 20th of 2017. Kuehnl remains in the Manitowoc County jail on a $100 thousand cash bond.
