Community Invited to Attend Veteran Funeral Service

Funerals are a time to memorialize the life of the deceased individual, and few things are sadder than a funeral with no guests, especially for a veteran. That is why the Brown County Veterans Service Office is inviting the community to attend the funeral for one Johnathan Whitt. Whitt served in the US Army from 2005-2007, and passed away on September 5^th. He doesn’t have any family in the area, and the Veterans Service Office wants to ensure he gets a proper send off. The funeral will take place at 2:00 this afternoon at the Nicolet Memorial Park Cemetery, located at 2770 Bay Settlement Road in Green Bay.
