19-Year-Old Milwaukee Man Shot Outside County Courthouse

A 19-year-old Milwaukee man is expected to survive the gunshot wound he suffered outside the county courthouse Tuesday afternoon.  Police say he was shot by someone he knows.  No names have been released.  A shelter-in-place order was issued for the Milwaukee County Courthouse Complex, then was lifted shortly before 5:00 P-M.  No arrests have announced by police.
