Student Involved In Hazing Incident Says Due Process Rights Were Violated

A student suspended from participating in sports at New Berlin Eisenhower High School has filed a lawsuit.  His attorney argues the student’s rights to due process were violated.  Eisenhower suspended the student from class for two days and placed him on a one-year-long ban from sports for a hazing incident.  Several older teammates on the football team paddled younger players.  Eisenhower is accused of failing to follow the rules before determining the punishment.
