Two Wisconsin lawmakers are backing a plan to keep children riding in rear-facing car seats a little longer. State representatives Chris Taylor and Ron Tusler are behind a bill which would require them to stay in those safety seats until they are two. Current law only requires the use of a rear-facing seat until the child weighs 20 pounds or one year old. Taylor points to studies which show those rear-facing seats are the safest.
