Officials in the Kenosha School District have decided they won’t allow students to hold a memorial for a murdered classmate. Kaylie Juga was killed in May. A lawyer for the district says a memorial for one student would lead to memorials for every student who dies. Otherwise, lawsuits could be filed. Cheerleaders wanted to remember Juga at this week’s high school football game.
