Healthiest Manitowoc County to Host Power in Prevention event

The Substance Abuse Prevention (SAP) coalition of Healthiest Manitowoc County will be showcasing their more than a decade of prevention efforts in the County during an event, which will be held at the Holiday Inn. The Power in Prevention event will take place on Thursday, October 10^th with a buffet breakfast, informational booths and networking beginning at 8 a.m. The program will begin at 8:45 a.m. to recognize Local Heroes for their contributions to the SAP, review a decade of prevention efforts, and inform the community how they can get involved in substance abuse prevention efforts over the next three years.
