Kenosha County Accuse Brothers Of Operating An Empire Of Illegal Drugs

Tyler Huffhines says he never used drugs — he just saw a way to make money.  Huffhines and his brother, Jacob, made initial appearances in Kenosha County Circuit Court Monday.  They are accused of organizing an operation which made and sold illegal T-H-C vaping cartridges worth millions of dollars.  Prosecutors say Tyler Huffhines was the mastermind.  When search warrants were executed September 5th, authorities found 31-thousand cartridges ready to be shipped.
