Juneau County Sheriff’s Deputies Find Human Remains In Burned Hunting Shed

Juneau County Sheriff’s deputies were using a police dog to search some hunting land for a missing man when they spotted a burned hunting stand.  Inside that stand were some human remains.  Deputies had been looking for a 57-year-old man from Windsor with mental illness issues.  His name has not been released and the human remains haven’t been identified.  The Juneau County Medical Examiner will determine the identity, but authorities do believe the remains are those of the missing man.
