Witnesses tell police investigating a fatal weekend accident that the victim was riding her bicycle erratically, in and out of traffic, over the Yahara River Bridge in Monona. The name of the woman in her late 50s hasn’t been released. Police took the 17-year-old driver of the car which hit her into custody, but she was released later. The accident happened Saturday shortly after 1:30 A-M.
