The Manitowoc Committee of the Whole and Common Council will both be holding meetings in the Council Chambers this evening. The Committee of the Whole will start things at 5:00 off by reviewing the District 10 candidate materials prior to the upcoming election during the Common Council meeting which will start at 6:30 PM. They will also hold a couple of public hearings. The first will be in regards to the proposed Conditional Use Permit to operate the transitional housing establishment at 3 Riverview Drive. The second will be about proposed changes to Chapter 15, regulating signs, which the Planning Commission will also address later in the meeting.
