Three public education groups are pushing for tougher laws on vaping in Wisconsin. The Wisconsin Association of School Board, the Wisconsin Rural Schools Alliance and the Wisconsin School Administrators Alliance want the smoking and vaping age increased to 21. The proposed Tobacco 21 law would prevent businesses from selling tobacco or vaping products to anyone under that age. Most of the victims caught up in the wave of vaping sickness across the country have said they vaped illegal marijuana cartridges before suffering serious lung problems.
