Packers Defense Stifled Passer Mitch Trubisky — Can It Stop RB Dalvin Cook?

Minnesota quarterback Kirk Cousins threw just 10 passes in last week’s 28-12 win over the Falcons.  That’s an indicator of just how strong the Vikings running game was.  The challenge for Packers defensive coordinator Mike Pettine and his crew is stopping talented running Dalvin Cook, who carried the ball 21 times for 111 yards and two touchdowns against Atlanta.  The newest Packers played big roles in holding Chicago to 46 yards on the ground in the season opener.  A repeat would be a good start toward a two-and-oh record for Green Bay.
