Citing several reasons including economic—Party Pizzazz announced today that they will be closing the doors at their location in the old Shopko Plaza effective September 30th. In a Facebook post the local business that sold party supplies and rented U-Hauls in the nearby parking lot for over 15 years, says they’ve had to meet many challenges head-on which include a declining national environment for retail, a global helium shortage, and personal health problems. The final factor in their decision was a doubling of the rent making it “no longer feasible to keep the party going.” They add “Our customers have supported us every step of the way which makes this decision so difficult. Over the past 15 years, your patronage and friendship have kept this party going.” Starting today—All inventory will be marked down from 25 to 50 percent storewide.
