First-Degree Intentional Homicide Charged Filed Against Milwaukee Shooter

Milwaukee County prosecutors have filed a charge of first-degree intentional homicide against the man who killed a woman who was teaching her son to drive.  Forty-six-year-old Tracey Smith was shot to death August 30th.  She was a passenger and her son was driving when Matthew Wilks cut them off in traffic.  Witnesses say Wilks shot Smith when she began yelling at him while he was still inside his car.  Wilks reportedly yelled, “I’ll kill you,” then fired the fatal shot.
