Federal Judge Dismisses Wrongful Death Lawsuit Against Green Bay

U-S District Court Chief Judge William C. Griesbach has given the defense the dismissal it sought.  The family of Joseph Biegert had filed the wrongful death suit after he was shot to death by police four years ago.  The family claimed those officers violated Biegert’s Constitutional rights.  Biegert was killed as he was being taken into custody when he grabbed a knife and stabbed a police officer.
