There have been several vehicles in Kiel that have been broken into, prompting an investigation by the Kiel Police Department. As is the case most of the time with this type of crime wave, a vast majority of the vehicles that are being hit are left unlocked, making the theft incredibly easy. The Kiel Police Department is reminding citizens to lock their cars and make sure to take valuable items with you.
