A gas station in Brookfield reports it lost about 35-hundred dollars when the wrong price was programmed into its gas pumps shortly before closing. The mid-grade price was supposed to be two-dollars, 89-cents-a-gallon. Instead, people who were filling their tanks were only paying 28-cents-a-gallon. By the time police arrived, at least 100 customers had topped their tanks at a real bargain price.
