Kenosha police say a mother told them she and her daughter’s father put two-month-old Jalisa Adams in a stroller, brought the dead child to a field, and dumped her body there. 21 year old Monica Adams made a Wednesday appearance in Kenosha County Circuit Court. She is charged with several crimes, including failure to report the death of a child. The infant died July 28th and Adams and Hezile Frison never told police. Jalisa’s body still hasn’t been found.
