Week-2 of the High School Football season gets underway this evening with a rather light slate of games. In the F-R-C-C, Manitowoc Lincoln is on the road to face Pulaski Notre Dame invades Sheboygan South, Bay Port travels to Green Bay Preble and De Pere visits Green Bay Southwest. Sheboygan North and Ashwaubenon will play tomorrow night. In non-conference play, Valders plays its’ first game of the year at home against Coleman. All football games begin at 7:00. You can hear the Shipbuilders’ at Pulaski Red Raiders on AM 980 WCUB, with coverage set for 6:45.
There’s also Boys Soccer on the agenda this afternoon and evening at Manitowoc’s Ron Rubick Athletic Field. The Lincoln Ships host Fond du Lac in non-conference action with the JV match getting underway at 3:30, followed by the varsity contest at 5:30. It’s the home-opener for Coach Chris Callen’s squad.
