Badgers Getting Ready For Season Opener In Florida

South Florida is expected to run a pro-style passing game using spread concepts.  Wisconsin opens its 2019 season on the road against the Bulls Friday night in Tampa.  Senior quarterback Blake Barnett threw for 27-hundred yards last season.  He has a thousand-yard rusher in the backfield with him in senior Jordan Cronkite and a deep passing threat on the outside in sophomore wide receiver Randall St. Felix.  Badger fans have reason for optimism because South Florida was one of the worst teams in the country against the run last season — giving up almost 248 yards-a-game.
