More Wisconsin parents are choosing not to vaccinate their children. Wisconsin is one of 15 states where parents are allowed to file a personal conviction waiver and remove their children from school immunization requirements. State officials say the number of waivers filed has quadrupled over the last two decades. Doctors worry the trend could eventually lead to a major measles outbreak.
