Sheboygan Man Going to Trial for Allegedly Selling Marijuana

A Sheboygan man is awaiting trial for allegedly selling marijuana in Marinette County. 41-year-old Nicholas Voight was in court for his pretrial conference last Wednesday. The charges stem from a traffic stop back in May, when officers in the city of Pound found around 300 grams of marijuana in Voight’s vehicle, in vacuum-sealed bags. Voight is facing charges of possession of THC with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of THC. The trial will be held in Marinette County and will begin on September 11^th.
