A 40-year-old man accidentally discharged his weapon early this morning and has been taken into police custody. The Sheboygan Police Department says the incident occurred at around 2:00 this morning in the 1800 block of South 11th Street. One of the two rounds fired reportedly struck the home of a neighbor, and the female homeowner called the police. No one was injured in the incident. The unnamed man was taken into police custody, on charges of Recklessly Endangering Safety and Intoxicated Use of a Firearm.
