There are several meetings this evening in the City of Manitowoc. The Manitowoc Library Finance Committee will start things off at the Manitowoc Public Library at 4:00 pm. Their only point of order will be discussing the 2020 budget, which will also be brought up at the Library Board meeting an hour later. The Board will also discuss several performance management and pay revisions. The Ethics Board will also convene at 5:00 in the Council Chambers in City Hall. They also only have one item on the agenda, which is a citizen complaint against former Alderperson Rhienna Gabriel. And lastly, the Committee of the Whole will be holding a work session meeting in the Council Chambers at 6:00 pm. They will be discussing the Industrial Park long term expansion, as well as road infrastructure in the city. This will include the railroad crossings in the city, and State Highway 151/Washington Street, specifically between South 16th and 26th streets.
