The Wisconsin Badgers football team needs a deep passing threat and there is one on the practice field right now. It will be up to the N-C-A-A to decide whether wide receiver Quintez Cephus plays in the 2019 season. U-W expelled Cephus last spring as his sexual assault case moved through the courts, but the athlete was found not guilty three weeks ago. Now that the school has reinstated him, an appeal has been filed. There’s no way to know how long it will be before a decision is made.
