It was a special day yesterday for the Manitowoc-Two Rivers YMCA. They held their Grand Re-Opening at the Y after renovations to the locker rooms, the fitness center and the lobby area. During a live broadcast of WOMT’s “Just the Facts” with host John Foster, YMCA CEO Julie Grossman said the capital campaign team was integral in making this happen. Julie stated that “The list is so long, I hesitate to begin it, because I will inevitably leave someone out.”
The YMCA also introduced visitors to a brand new clinic in partnership with Prevea health. This fall the local Y is planning additional renovations that include: installing an indoor walking track and new cycling rooms.
