Conservative Watchdog Group Suggests Tweaks For UW Free Speech Policy

The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty has some suggestions for the new free speech policy at the University of Wisconsin.  The conservative watchdog group has suggested a formal policy for free speech to the U-W System Board of Regents.  The group says clarification is needed to establish exactly what is disruptive speech and what criticism will mean for students.  The idea of expelling students who simply express unpopular ideas is being resisted.
