Wisconsin Congressman Hopes To Find Common Ground On Drug Prices

Congressman Ron Kind says he hopes to find common ground with the president and Republicans on lowering the cost of prescription drugs.  During a stop in Eau Claire Monday, the Wisconsin Democrat was promoting his four-step plan.  He wants to allow Medicare to negotiate drug prices, promote price transparency, stop patient abuse and lower out-of-pocket costs.  Kind says President Trump saying he’s willing to explore drug importation from Canada is “an opening.”
