UW Reinstates Quintez Cephus

Attorneys for U-W football player Quintez Cephus say their client is an “innocent man” and he should be treated that way.  The University of Wisconsin announced his reinstatement Monday.  The former Badger wide receiver says he is “ready to win some football games” after being reinstated.  He was planning to speak with head coach Paul Chryst Monday after holding a news conference in Madison.  It isn’t clear whether he will retain his athletic scholarship.
