July Home Sales for Manitowoc County

Home sales last month in Manitowoc County fell by 7.5% compared to July 2018. Statistics released by the Wisconsin Realtors Association yesterday shows sales dropped from 93 to 86 in the county, while the median price rose 2% from $121,500 to $124,000.  For the first 7 months of 2019 sales declined locally by 3.6%, and the median price went up 4.5%. Statewide, existing home sales rebounded in July after a ‘poor’ showing in June with sales and median prices going up 3 and 6.8%, respectively.
