Americollect in Manitowoc has been named to the 2019 Inc. Magazine’s 5000 list, marking the ‘11th year in a row’ it has been recognized as one the fastest-growing companies in America. Kenlyn Gretz, CEO of Americollect, said Inc. Magazine highlights and celebrates the top private companies in the U.S., ranked by three-year revenue growth.
“I see it as an affirmation of not only the value we provide to our clients but also our focus on creating a Ridiculously Nice culture that both our clients and teammates want to be a part of… What that means for Americollect is that we’re spreading the word that Ridiculously Nice changes the way that collection agencies are viewed. It’s the hard work of our co-workers and the references that come from the clients that we have, they love how we treat consumers.”
Gretz said they share-the-honor with companies such as Horizontal Integration, TechCXO and Monogram Foods.
“The notification that we got from Inc. Magazine said that two-tenths of one percent of the companies have ever made it to the list 11 times. They don’t tell me how many actually made it 11 consecutive years…It’s an incredible achievement that we’ve been able to produce the consistent results necessary to make the Inc. 5000 for 11 years in a row.”
Americollect ‘partners’ with healthcare systems nationwide, operating two divisions. The CEO said they currently have about 265 employees and with two large clients coming on board in October and one in December, they’ll need to grow by another 20-to-30 employees.
