Republican lawmakers are introducing legislation once again aimed at punishing students who interfere with speeches on U-W campuses. Do it twice and be suspended — do it three times and a student would be expelled. Regents with the University of Wisconsin System already adopted sanctions like that as policy last October. The bill was allowed to die in the Wisconsin Senate last session.
