4 UW Hockey Players Skate In 3-Game US/Canada Series

A three-game series between the U-S and Canada pits the best women hockey players in both nations against each other at Lake Placid, New York.  There is a definite Wisconsin flavor to the rosters, with four Badgers suiting up.  Forwards Britta Curl and Presley Norby and defenseman Natalie Buchbinder are on the U-S roster — forward Sophie Shirley will skate for Canada.  The best-of-three series begins Wednesday night with former Badgers Brianna Decker serving as an assistant coach for the U-S.
