Northbound I-43 near Mueller Road was closed for a short time over the weekend, as crews tended to a vehicle that caught fire. The Town of Sheboygan Fire Department was the first on the scene and was able to successfully extinguish the blaze. At this time it is unclear what started the fire, but the right lane of the northbound side of the highway was closed off for about an hour while the incident was attended to. The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office confirmed with Seehafer News this morning, that there were no injuries reported.
