Sheboygan Man Due in Court to Face Child Porn Charges

A Sheboygan man who is facing 25 counts of possession of child pornography is due in court on Wednesday. 60 year old Erick Clark Giesen was arrested last week after authorities obtained a search warrant thanks to a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Authorities were able to find the images in question on a tablet and desktop computer during their search, and Giesen was officially charged with possessing sexually explicit photographs of children. He claimed that his 15 or 16 year old cousin was responsible for the images, but Giesen’s stepmother said he doesn’t have any cousins. Giesen’s bail was set at $150,000, and he is facing up to 25 years in prison, and $100,000 in fines, if found guilty.
