Oconto County is just one location in northeastern Wisconsin still working to clean up damage from last month’s storms. It is taking time to cut all the branches off of downed trees so they can be moved to one of nine debris disposal sites in the county. Officials in that part of Wisconsin are estimating there are about 240-thousand acres of downed trees. The U-S Forest Service is joining local efforts to clear those trees.
