Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) and Johnson Financial Group will once again be hosting the Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin contest. This is the fourth year of the competition, which aims to highlight the state’s manufacturing industry. WMC President & CEO Kurt R. Bauer said that the contest “has quickly become one of the best ways to highlight the state’s vibrant and diverse manufacturing industry.” Nominations will start being accepted on Monday, August 12th, and the winner will be announced on October 8th. In 2018 Uncle Mike’s Bake Shoppe in De Pere, Wis., took home the top prize for its Sea Salt Caramel Pecan Kringle. For more information on the contest, visit MadeInWis.com.
