Wife Of Missing Wisconsin Man Asks Judge For Permission To Run His Business

The wife of one of two northeastern Wisconsin men missing in Missouri is asking a Shawano County Circuit judge to appoint her as a special administrator.  Her husband, Nicholas Diemel, and his brother, Justin, are presumed dead after Missouri authorities reported the discovery of human remains on a farm.  Lisa Diemel is seeking the authority to run the family’s livestock business in Bonduel.  The petitions filed in court list the date of death for the brothers as July 21st.
