Second Cephus Accuser Says She Was So Drunk She Remembers Very Little

The second woman to accuse former Badger football player Quintez Cephus of sexual assault says she was so drunk last year she remembers very little of what happened.  She took the stand in Dane County Circuit Court Wednesday, saying she didn’t remember a photo taken of her with Cephus sitting at a bar.  She also didn’t remember sending Cephus a text which included a heart emoji after the alleged attacks.  The athlete is accused of having forced sex with both women in his apartment in April 2018.
