OWI Charge Filed Against Driver In 3-Vehicle Crash Which Killed 1, Injured 7

Operating while intoxicated charges have been filed against one driver in a three-car accident Tuesday which left one person dead and six injured.  No names have been released from the accident which happened near Horicon.  The driver facing O-W-I charges — which likely will be upgraded — is said to be in a hospital in critical condition.  The Wisconsin State Patrol is the lead agency handling the case.
