The City of Two Rivers will be closing out the month of July by holding an East River Gateway Planning Committee Meeting in the Council Chambers in City Hall. At the 6:00 PM meeting, the committee will discuss community feedback on the improvements made to the riverfront liquor property. There will also be a presentation and discussion on the preliminary design concepts from SmithGroup, which will be followed by a talk about what the next steps are in the planning process. Also of note, the Two Rivers KC Club has postponed their scheduled fish lunches this Friday, and will resume next Friday. No word on what prompted the cancelation.
