Testimony Starts In Sexual Assault Trial For Former Badger Player

Testimony enters its second day Wednesday in the sexual assault trial against former Badger football player Quintez Cephus.  One of the two women who say he raped them took the stand Tuesday in Dane County Circuit Court.  She says she was very drunk and Cephus had sex with her against her will.  He has maintained the sex with two women that night in April 2018 was consensual.  The former player’s attorney says what happened was a part of a “hook-up culture” among young people, of sex without commitment.
