The Manitowoc Department of Engineering has announced street closures today to allow for repair/replacement of a lead water service and sanitary sewer lateral. Both are on the south side, according to Greg Minikel. South 12th Street between Green & Grand Avenue is affected by the closure as is Marshall Street, from South 8th to 9th. In both cases those streets are expected to be reopened to traffic by the end of the workday.
