Superior city leaders are considering the installation of a video surveillance system like the one in Duluth. The Minnesota city has been expanding its camera coverage of public spaces for the last eight years. Police say the 200 cameras in Duluth have helped solve at least two homicides. The overall cost of more than one-million dollars has been covered mainly by federal grants.
