Farm Accident Kills 8-Year-Old Boy In Dane County

The Dane County Sheriff’s Office reports a nine-year-old boy was fatally injured late Friday night when he was accidentally run over by a piece of farm equipment.  No names have been released.  The child’s father was operating a skid-steer loader while working on a farm in the Town of Dane.  Emergency responders, the farm owner and the father weren’t able to save the boy from Central America.  Money is being raised to return the child’s body to Nicaragua.
