A downtown Manitowoc Street will be closed for a special event tomorrow. Quay Street from South 8th to South 9th will be barricaded, starting at 5am Saturday. The road is being closed for the 11th annual Fat Seagull Street Party, according to Chad Scheinoha City of Manitowoc Department of Public Infrastructure Operations Division Manager. Quay is scheduled to be reopened to traffic by 11am, Sunday.
