A Janesville couple says their 23-year-old son died at a Florida rehab facility because there was no supervision. Seth Stricklin had been residing at a sober living home in West Palm Beach for the last 10 months. Just before he was to head to detox he decided to take one last dose of heroin, but it killed him. They say they haven’t been able to find out what really happened at the facility called Evernia Station.
